The grapes are harvested manually, and the wine is produced using classic winemaking techniques and modern, state-of-the-art equipment. Maceration on Boston and fermentation takes place for 20 days in oak tubs. The grapes are harvested manually. During fermentation, all efforts are oriented to optimize the extraction of flavors and dyes. After the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is subjected to the maturation process in large oak barrels from Krasnodar, where malo-lactic fermentation will take place. The aging process continues in 225 liter barrels for a period of 18 months.

It can accompany smoked meat, grilled meat, mushrooms and other fried vegetables. It’s perfect with venison, red meat, spiced foods and ripe cheeses.
