We respect the technology of white wine vinification, using a high performance machine. The grapes collected are de-stemmed, after which the cryomaceration technique is applied, which consists in keeping the must in contact with the Boston for 6 hours, at a temperature of 2 ° C. After clearing, the must is subjected to an alcoholic fermentation supervised at a controlled temperature of 11 ° C and with the help of selected yeasts. The wine is aged in stainless steel vessels with the application of the batonage technique.
It is recommended as an aperitif or with light dishes: salads with fish, white meat or grilled fish.
